Kort sagt
SeatLayer is a productivity app for event organizers that handles door check-in, box office sales and live sales tracking on iPhone and iPad. It scans tickets offline and syncs check-ins once signal returns, and it lets door staff scan with a QR pass and no account. Team roles limit box office staff to the counter and the door.

SeatLayer is the organizer app for events that sell with SeatLayer. It puts the door, the box office and your live sales on your phone or tablet.
THE DOOR • Scan tickets in under a second, with a clear In, Already in or Not tonight • A different sound and vibration for each result, even on a silent phone • Keeps scanning with no signal. Check-ins are sent the moment signal returns • Find a guest by name, seat or order number when a QR code won't scan • Door passes: give door staff a QR code and they can scan, with no account. Switch it off any time
THE BOX OFFICE • Sell tickets and seats at the counter • Take cash, card terminal, bank transfer or complimentary • See the change to give before you hand it over • Find any order and print or email the tickets again
LIVE SALES • Sold, money taken and people in the room, as it happens • Every ticket type with how much is left • Pause and resume sales • Refund or cancel an order
YOUR TEAM • Invite admins, designers and box office staff by email • Box office staff see only the counter and the door • Change a role or remove someone in a tap
Works on iPhone and iPad, with layouts built for each.
