SetFirst

SetFirst is the workshop app for machinists, turners, laser operators and fabricators. Read and simulate CNC programs, run calculations at the machine and prepare complete quotes, even offline.

CNC PROGRAMS • Open ISO programs (G-code) and read them line by line, with every code explained • 3D toolpath simulation, top and front views, with estimated cycle time • Warnings on common mistakes, missing tools, work offsets and tool offsets • Edit the program and save it to a USB stick or to the network folder the machine reads (Haas Net Share, SMB) • Supported controls: Haas NGC and classic, Fanuc, Siemens 840D, Heidenhain (ISO), Mazak, Okuma

LASER AND SHEET METAL • Laser cutting with your machine's tables: speed, nozzles, gas and consumption by thickness • Cut lists from DXF and automatic sheet nesting • Bending from DXF: flat pattern, force and press check • Welding and fabrication: preheat, weld beads, procedures and finishes

QUOTES • Complete offers with archive, revisions and customer records • Cost sheet per line, quantity breaks and one-off costs • Customer PDF in Italian or English with your logo, internal cost analysis and Excel
