Built for enrolled Seung-ni Fit Club Midland challengers, the app brings your challenge progress, nutrition, and coaching conversations together.
• Track meals with food search, barcode scanning, and quick entry. • View daily nutrition totals and, when enrolled in custom nutrition, your personalized targets and coach-approved meal plan. • Create a shopping list from your custom meal plan. • Review weigh-ins, progress photos, and challenge activity. • See upcoming classes and stay connected with your challenge community. • Message your coaches and connect with other challengers through approved buddy requests.
Staff and coaches can switch to their authorized staff view to support participants, review progress and nutrition plans, and respond to conversations.
An eligible Seung-ni Body Challenge enrollment is required for participant features. Custom nutrition requires access to the optional coaching service. Feature availability depends on your enrollment and account permissions.
