Sifra: Math Notes & Calculator

Sifra combines a scientific calculator and a math notebook in one workspace. Write, calculate, solve equations, and organize your work in personal notebooks.

Scientific calculator Arithmetic, percentages, parentheses, powers, roots, trigonometric functions, and calculation history.

Interactive notebook Write with Apple Pencil or your finger, add text and equations, calculate from handwriting, and explore movable, resizable graphs. Define variables and adjust calculations and graphs with sliders. Choose squared or lined paper, or import an image or a PDF page to write on.

Learning and practice Generate similar linear equations, reveal answers when ready, and save formulas in a personal library. Choose an unknown and enter values to calculate supported formulas. Solution checking evaluates supported transitions between confirmed lines; it does not assess every type of solution.

Save, sync, and export Organize and search notebooks and pages, and export pages as readable PDFs or images. Work is saved on your device. Optional iCloud sync and notebook sharing require a suitable account.

Sifra Pro Pro adds step-by-step explanations for linear equations with one unknown, including correction of a recognized equation and saving the explanation on your page. The calculator, notebooks, equation answers, and other learning tools remain available without a subscription.

Eligible users receive a one-month free trial. After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month at the local price shown before subscribing. Cancel renewal in your Apple Account settings.

Available in Hebrew, English, and Russian on iPhone and iPad with iOS or iPadOS 17 or later.
