Kort sagt

Tagwright: Extinguisher Check is a productivity app for small fire protection shops that works fully offline. Technicians scan service tags, record unit checks with photos and notes, and track due dates for extinguishers, sprinklers and emergency lights. Its standout feature is that it produces signed PDF reports listing any units not inspected, so none are silently left out.

Om appen

Tagwright is the offline inspection app for small fire protection shops. Scan the service tag, check the unit, photograph what is wrong and hand the building owner a signed PDF report before you leave, even in a basement with no signal.

SCAN THE TAG, CHECK THE UNIT • Scan the barcode or QR code on each service tag, or type the number when the label is worn • Every unit remembers its location, type, size, year made and service history • Everything starts as passed: tap only what fails, add a note and a photo

DUE DATES WORKED OUT FOR YOU • Next annual inspection, 6-year maintenance and hydrostatic test for every extinguisher • Hydro intervals follow the extinguisher type (5 or 12 years) • See at a glance which units are overdue or due in the next 30 days, per site and across all sites

SPRINKLER SYSTEMS TOO • Quarterly and annual checklists for each riser or system: valves, gauges, alarms, fire department connection, heads, piping and spare heads • Record main drain static and residual pressure

EMERGENCY LIGHTS AND EXIT SIGNS • A register of every emergency light and exit sign: location, type, battery unit or central power, self-testing or not • Monthly 30-second test with a built-in timer; self-testing units get a quick status-indicator check • Annual 90-minute test: start it once for the building, close the app, and get a reminder when the 90 minutes are up • Next monthly and 90-minute test dates for every fixture, flagged when they are due

SIGNED PDF REPORTS • Summary, every unit with its result and next due dates, sprinkler results, emergency lighting tests, deficiencies and photos • Units you did not reach are listed as not inspected, never silently left out • Technician signature, your company name, logo and license number • Share by email or print straight from your phone or tablet

BUILT FOR THE FIELD • Works fully offline. No account, no sign-in • Site data stays on your device. No cloud, no tracking, no ads • Stop half way through a building and continue later
