Tahir - 5 Daily Prayers

Tahir is a calm prayer companion for the five daily prayers and Tahajjud, on iPhone and Apple Watch.

A SKY THAT MOVES WITH YOUR DAY Tahir's sky follows the sun: indigo at Fajr, bright at Dhuhr, gold at Asr, red at Maghrib and starry after Isha. One glance tells you where you are in the day and how long until the next prayer.

ACCURATE PRAYER TIMES • Times for wherever you are, from your approximate location • Tahir standard, which follows alislam.org, or 22 other recognised methods, including Muslim World League, ISNA, Umm al-Qura, Karachi, Diyanet and the Moonsighting Committee, or set your own • Standard or Hanafi Asr • The whole month's times, with the Hijri date • Works offline: the next two weeks of times are saved on your phone

THE ADHAN AT EVERY PRAYER • A reminder when each prayer begins, with the adhan, a soft chime or nothing, chosen prayer by prayer • A simple follow-up if you haven't ticked a prayer off: answer "Yes, I prayed" right from the notification • Set a week ahead, so they arrive even when you're offline

TRACK THE FIVE PRAYERS • Tick off each prayer as you pray it • Your streak, your last seven days and a full history • Medals for days in a row with all five prayers, from three days to a year • On days you're excused from prayer, pause your streak so it isn't broken • Between Fajr and sunrise, and Asr and sunset, see how long is left to pray

AFTER EACH PRAYER • A dua from the Sunnah, in Arabic with its transliteration, meaning and source • Count your tasbeeh: SubhanAllah 33, Alhamdulillah 33, Allahu Akbar 34 • How many rakats each prayer has, including Jummah and the shortened prayers when you travel

TAHAJJUD • See when the last third of the night begins • A quiet reminder, a count of the nights you rise, and medals of their own

APPLE WATCH • The next prayer on your wrist, under its own sky • Tick off prayers on your watch and they sync with your iPhone • Qibla compass, your week and your medals at a glance • Count your tasbeeh with a tap or the Digital Crown • Complications for your watch face, and Tahir in the Smart Stack as a prayer nears

AND MORE • Qibla compass, with the distance to Makkah in kilometres or miles • A Name of Allah or a hadith to reflect on each day • The 99 Names of Allah, a daily hadith, stories of the Prophets and the Sahaba, and tonight's moon • Home Screen, Lock Screen and StandBy widgets that follow the sky • A short tour of the app, whenever you want it

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No ads, no accounts, no tracking. Your prayer history stays on your iPhone and Apple Watch.
