Kort sagt

Tape Measure 3D: Ruler & Level turns an iPhone's camera into a measuring tool for length, area, volume, angles and distances, with a clear margin shown when a result is an estimate. It is aimed at people measuring rooms, furniture or objects around the home, and it can place a TV or sofa at real size on a wall before buying. A distinct feature is that it stores measurements on the device with no account required.

Om appen

Tape Measure turns your iPhone into a measuring tape you can trust. Point the camera, tap +, and read the length right on the line — with an honest margin whenever the camera isn't sure.

MEASURE ANYTHING • Length, height, area with perimeter, volume, angle, circle and distance • One-tap rectangles: door panels, windows and frames are detected for you • Walls and doors as well as floors and tables • Add up several measurements — skirting boards, fences, flooring • Straight lines keep every segment exactly level or plumb • Smart tips while you measure: move closer, step back, aim at an edge

WILL IT FIT? • See a TV, a picture frame or a sofa at real size on your wall or floor before you buy • Pick a screen size, a frame size or furniture dimensions and move it into place

HONEST BY DESIGN • Ready when it's sure; a clear margin when it's an estimate • Never shows a number it can't stand behind • Re-measure anything to verify it

MORE TOOLS • Person Height: point at someone, head to toe, and get their height • Photo Measure: measure a saved photo using a credit card or an A4 sheet as reference • Tree & Building: estimate the height of tall things by tilting your phone • Stud Finder: finds the screws and nails in studs with the magnetometer • Bubble level, screen ruler, ring sizer and sound meter • Room scan and floor plans on iPhones with LiDAR

SAVE & SHARE • Save projects with an annotated photo, notes and sketches • Name every measurement • Export PDF reports, CSV spreadsheets, DXF drawings for CAD and 3D models (USDZ, OBJ)

MADE FOR YOU • Home Screen, Lock Screen and Control Center widgets, plus Siri shortcuts • 15 languages, metric and imperial units • Left-handed mode • No account needed — your measurements stay on your iPhone

AR measurements are estimates. For critical work, confirm with a physical tape measure.
