TenancyTrail

TenancyTrail keeps a clear, dated record of a tenancy, so landlords, agents and tenants are never short of the facts.

ONE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE TENANCY • The agreement, documents and photos for each home • Rent, deposit and every rent review, with its notice • Term countdown and reminders for what's due

REPAIRS THAT GET SORTED • Tenants report issues with photos, a priority and when someone can call • Urgent repairs go to the top • Mark a fix done; it only counts as confirmed when the other person agrees

ROOM-BY-ROOM INSPECTIONS • Go room by room at move-in and move-out, with a condition and dated photos for each • Move-out shows the move-in photos side by side • Finished inspections are locked, and export as a PDF to send to your tenant

SHARED WITH YOUR TENANT, PRIVATELY • Invite your tenant through iCloud: you both see the same issues and messages • Alerts when something changes • Keep anything you like to yourself

READY IF THINGS GO WRONG • Evidence packs gather an issue's reports, messages, photos and dates into one file • Every document is fingerprinted, so you can show it hasn't been changed

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no sign-in, no ads, no tracking • Your records stay on your device and your own iCloud. We never see them. • Tenants' private details are encrypted and locked with Face ID

Built in Ireland, with RTB links and Irish renting rules built in. Works anywhere, in your local currency.
