FOUR WAYS TO RUN A SESSION • Until you end it: apps stay blocked until you end the session. The simplest way. • Timer: pick a duration. Apps unblock by themselves when time is up. • Pause by scan: the session keeps running. The only way to pause is to scan your code or tag. • Short opens: apps stay blocked, but you can open them briefly a few times.

GOOD TO KNOW Tenki needs a device passcode. A QR code is all you need, and NFC tags are optional. You can also do without a code or tag: use the timer, or simply start and stop in the app. Tenki speaks your language: 12 languages, from English and German to Japanese, Korean and Vietnamese. Choose yours on first launch and change it any time in Settings.
