Tinnora: Tinnitus Sound Relief

Tinnora is a calming sound app made for people with tinnitus. Match the pitch of your ringing, and Tinnora shapes rain, ocean, music and gentle noise around it, so what you listen to fits you.

TUNED TO YOUR RINGING • Match your pitch with a guided slider from 250 Hz to 12 kHz, with fine-tune steps and an octave check. • Tinnitus tuning softens a narrow band around your pitch across every sound, or covers it with gentle noise. You choose. • Tune for your left ear, right ear or both.

FITTED TO EACH EAR • Ear fit plays soft beeps in each ear, then gently lifts sound where your ears are less sensitive. It's a comfort setting, not a hearing test.

A CALMER PLACE TO BE • Mix up to five sounds at once: rain, oceans, forests, birds, fans, cabins, warm drones and brown, pink, white or violet noise. • 50+ recordings and sounds, plus ready-made mixes like Night Road Hush and Cabin After Rain. • Record or import your own loop.

BUILT FOR BEDTIME • Sleep timer from 15 minutes to all night, with a gentle fade. • Settle through the night: the sound grows a little softer over the first hours. • Lock screen controls and a Live Activity. • A dark, low-glare design that's easy on tired eyes.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN • No account, no ads, no analytics. Your pitch, mixes and recordings stay on your device.
