TutNote: Tutor Planner

TutNote helps private tutors organize students, lessons, homework, and payments in one place. Spend less time managing the details and more time focusing on your students. Whether you teach a few lessons a week or manage a busy schedule, TutNote keeps your everyday tutoring work organized on iPhone and iPad. PLAN YOUR LESSONS See your schedule in monthly and daily views. Add individual lessons or recurring series, update a single lesson or upcoming lessons, and keep topics, notes, meeting details, and lesson statuses together. KEEP STUDENT DETAILS CLOSE Manage student profiles with contact information, lesson rates, and payment schedules. View past and upcoming lessons, and archive profiles when you no longer teach a student. ORGANIZE HOMEWORK AND ASSESSMENTS Record homework alongside your lessons and track when it is due. Keep tests, quizzes, exams, and other important student events in view as you plan. STAY ON TOP OF PAYMENTS Track planned earnings, earned income, received payments, and outstanding balances. Record payments for individual lessons or a month, and undo incorrect entries when needed. GET TIMELY REMINDERS Enable reminders before lessons and assessments to help you stay prepared throughout the day. CONNECT WITH APPLE CALENDAR Export your lessons to a dedicated TutNote calendar in iCloud and access lesson details from calendar events. Updates made in TutNote are reflected in the exported events. KEEP YOUR DEVICES IN SYNC Work with your data offline and sync through iCloud across devices using the same account when a connection is available. From the first lesson to the latest payment, TutNote helps you keep the details of your tutoring work together.
