Welnovtmin

Welnovtmin is a personal cash management application that integrates five distinct sections: an overview, transaction logging, wallet management, payment combinations, and cash reconciliation. Users can manage balances across multiple wallets and bank accounts, record income, expenses, deposits, withdrawals, service fees, and currency exchanges—all while attaching supporting documentation via photos taken in-app or selected from the device’s gallery. The system tracks both the total recorded balance and the specific physical denominations on hand; it calculates optimal payment options based on available cash, displays the required change, and prompts users to confirm the actual change received. Data is visualized through area charts, bar charts, and donut charts, illustrating balance trends, categorized spending, and the distribution of cash. Any historical adjustments trigger a recalculation of subsequent entries, with the impact clearly displayed. During reconciliation, the system preserves discrepancies in both total value and specific denominations, ensuring that no assumptions are made regarding unrecorded expenses. All operations are processed as local transactions, and images are stored in an encrypted format. Comprehensive backups—encompassing transaction history, reconciliation benchmarks, and correction logs—are subject to verification and user confirmation upon restoration. This ensures that cash records remain transparent, traceable, and entirely under the user’s control, facilitating effortless daily reconciliation.
