Zungenheld – bring tongue exercises into everyday life

Zungenheld helps children and families practise guided tongue exercises and tongue resting posture at home. Clear steps, a timer and an optional camera mirror keep practice calm and structured.

What Zungenheld offers: • Kid-friendly guided tongue exercises with images and short instructions • Exercises for tongue resting posture and everyday oral motor practice • Multiple profiles (for example for siblings) • Training plans and reminders for a home routine • Timer and optional camera mirror (live view only, no recording) • Progress, stars and playful motivation elements • Kid-friendly mini-games as a reward after practice • Optional ads; ad-free with a Premium subscription

Zungenheld Premium – now with a yearly plan!

Regular tongue practice should feel playful. With Zungenheld, children follow guided exercises, collect wins and stay motivated.

Premium is available as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription. Both unlock the same Premium features (including an ad-free experience).

The yearly plan is currently offered as an introductory price and is typically about 44% less than twelve monthly payments. Exact prices for your country are shown in the App Store before you confirm.

Secure the current yearly price while it is offered as an introductory plan.

Prices for new subscriptions may change in the future. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in time in your Apple ID settings. A free trial (typically 7 days) is only for eligible new customers when Apple shows it in the purchase dialog.

Who is it for? Families who want to integrate tongue exercises into daily life in a structured way — as a complement to professional care, not a replacement.

Important: Zungenheld does not replace individual speech-language diagnosis or therapy. If you have questions about exercises or discomfort, please consult a qualified professional.
