SCAN, OR TYPE IT IN Walk the room with your iPhone Pro and BidCoat measures the walls, ceiling, trim, doors and windows. Room scanning needs an iPhone or iPad Pro with LiDAR; on any other iPhone or iPad, type the measurements in.
PRICED AT YOUR RATES, EVERY NUMBER SHOWN Set your labor rate, production rates and paints once. BidCoat works out paint, hours, materials, overhead and profit with fixed formulas you can check on a calculator, gives a likely price range, and shows each option's profit, flagging a price that loses money.
PROPOSALS THAT WIN JOBS Offer Standard, Premium and Top grade, with Premium recommended. Add colors, photos and your logo. Send it as a link and a PDF, in English, Spanish or Portuguese: whichever your client reads, whatever language you work in.
SIGNED AND PAID Your client opens the link, picks an option and e-signs, with a full record of who signed what, and when. Then they pay the deposit straight to your Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Zelle, or your own Square or Stripe link. BidCoat never takes a cut of your deposits.
