About

Galim ("waves" in Hebrew) is a calm, simple daily mood diary built for people living with bipolar disorder.

Once a day, in under a minute, note how the day was: mood on a seven-level scale, hours of sleep, whether you took your medication, and your energy. Optionally add anxiety, irritability, racing thoughts, "up and down at once" or a short note. Everything saves instantly.

What's inside: - A quick daily check-in on a single screen - Trends over 30, 90 or 365 days: mood, sleep and medication on one timeline - A gentle note when your sleep or mood shifts from your usual - "My plan": your early signs, what helps you, and people you trust, written on a calm day - A clear PDF summary for your psychiatrist or therapist - A quiet daily reminder at the time you choose - A help button that is always there

Full privacy: - No account and no server. Your data stays on your phone, encrypted - Face ID / fingerprint lock - Backup to a file encrypted with a password only you know - No ads, no tracking, no data collection

No streaks, no scores, no points. A missed day is just a missed day.

Galim is a personal diary. It does not diagnose or treat and is not a substitute for professional care.

Galim is completely free. Built as a volunteer project by Bin Rozenblum, as a gift to the community. https://binrozenblum.co.il
