In short
IDA - Service & ERP is a mobile companion for IDA, the service and ERP software used by IT service firms, letting staff read and assign tickets, manage tasks, record time, attach photos, scan serial numbers and capture signatures on site. It is aimed at technicians and office staff who already have an IDA account from their company. One notable point is that the app locks after a pause and supports Face ID, the device passcode, or single sign-on.
