About

LiftTakt guides your kettlebell workouts with spoken cues, rest timers and haptics. Choose from 72 workouts matched to the weights you own, and learn 49 movements with animated illustrations.

Train free with two coached sessions a day. One-sided sets include a spoken side-switch cue halfway through. Premium adds two 8-week programs, progression and your own workout builder.

Works with the Apple Health app: every finished session can be saved there as a Functional Strength Training workout.

WHAT YOU GET, FREE

49 movements, each with an animated illustration that loops, a setup, three coaching cues, two common faults, the muscles it works and how to breathe. Swing, snatch, Turkish get-up, clean and press, goblet squat, windmill, bent press, carries and more.

72 workouts, from a first session with one bell to double snatch conditioning. Filter by level, length, focus, and by what your rack can actually do.

Two fully coached sessions a day, with every cue, every rest timer, and the finished workout saved to Apple Health.

BUILT FOR THE BELLS YOU OWN

Tell the app which weights you have. Every workout scales to your rack, and a workout that needs a weight you do not own is never shown at all. No guessing which bell "moderate" means.

A COACH THAT KEEPS TIME PROPERLY

Every cue for the whole session is prepared before your first rep and played against the audio clock, so the switch call lands on the exact midpoint of every set. It ducks your music instead of stopping it. The screen stays awake while you train, and if you leave the app, the session pauses until you come back. It does not drift.

Movement names are pronounced properly, too. Turkish get-up is not read as three separate words.
