About
Liftweek builds your weekly gym schedule and turns every set you log into progress you can see — all on your device, with no account and nothing uploaded anywhere.
TELL IT ABOUT YOU, GET A PLAN Pick your goal, experience level, the days you can train and the equipment you have. Liftweek lays out a push/pull/legs, upper/lower or full-body week, with muscle-map images for every workout and exercise, and flags every fourth week as a deload.
TRAIN WITH WORKOUT MODE Log weight, reps and effort set by set. A circular rest timer starts automatically, buzzes when you're up, and the next weight is pre-filled from your own history with progressive overload applied. Add warm-ups, add or remove sets, swap any exercise for a same-muscle alternative.
WATCH THE TREND Weekly volume, estimated one-rep-max trend, sets per muscle, a 12-week consistency heatmap, personal records, achievements and a bodyweight / body-fat chart.
ASK THE ON-DEVICE COACH Plateaus, soreness, deloads, nutrition basics, form cues — answered on your phone, no internet needed.
TOOLS Plate calculator (kg or lb), daily workout reminder, export and import your data as a backup file.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No server. No analytics of ours. Your workouts and body log stay on your device. The free version shows one small banner ad above the tab bar — never inside a workout — and Liftweek never asks to track you.
NOT MEDICAL ADVICE Liftweek is a planning and logging tool. Check with a doctor before starting a new programme, start lighter than you think, and stop if something hurts.
