Mailfoil makes a clean email signature from the details you choose to share. Enter a name, role, company and optional contact links, then preview the result in an illustrative message. Choose from three layouts and four accent colors. Copy a rich HTML signature to the clipboard for pasting into your email client's signature editor, or export a named HTML file for manual setup or backup.
The signature uses text, links and inline table styles. It does not depend on a hosted logo, remote image, tracking pixel or account. Mail clients render HTML differently, so check the pasted result in your own client before using it widely. Mailfoil does not install the signature automatically in third-party mail apps.
Your details are saved in local app preferences on your Mac. Mailfoil has no subscription, ads, analytics or developer-operated network service.
