In short

Mood Tracker: Feelings Journal is a personal journal for iPhone and iPad where users save a mood in one tap and add optional details such as ratings, activities, written or voice notes. It works on the device without an account, offers an optional lock, and lets users preview PDF reports for chosen date ranges. One notable point is that private text is left out of PDFs unless the user explicitly includes it.

About

Make space to notice how you feel.

Mood Tracker is a personal journal for iPhone and iPad. Save a mood in one tap, then add as much or as little context as you want: detailed feelings, optional ratings, activities, written notes or voice notes.

LOOK BACK WITH CONTEXT Browse your check-ins, monthly mood calendars and descriptive charts. Explore weekly recaps, your personal baseline, life events and actions you recorded as helpful. Missing days remain unknown, and charts do not assign a clinical meaning to your moods.

CHOOSE WHAT YOU SHARE Preview a PDF report for a date range you choose. Private text stays out unless you explicitly include it. Voice recordings, life events and what-helped feedback are excluded from PDFs. Export a full JSON backup when you want a complete copy of your journal.

KEEP CONTROL Core journaling works on your device without an app account. Choose an optional Face ID, Touch ID or passcode lock. Keep history until you delete it, or review older entries before confirming removal. Optional private iCloud sync, voice recording and local reminders start off.

OPTIONAL REFLECTIONS On compatible devices with a ready Apple Intelligence model, opt in to on-device AI reflection questions. AI may be inaccurate, and availability depends on your device and settings. There is no cloud AI fallback.

Designed for iPhone and iPad, with portrait and landscape layouts and support for larger text. No advertising or third-party analytics SDKs.

Mood Tracker is a personal reflection tool, not medical advice, a diagnostic assessment or an emergency monitoring service. No one monitors your check-ins. A report is not a complete backup; full journal storage is limited to 20 MB. See the support and privacy pages for feature requirements and limitations.
