About

PlateClimb is a free 12 week strength program that lives entirely on your phone.

Open the app and Week 1 is ready. Every week has three lifting days, three cardio days and a rest and mobility day, so you always know what today is for.

THE PROGRAM - Foundational Fitness, 12 weeks in two blocks: heavier sets of 5 to 8 first, then higher reps of 8 to 12 and 12 to 20 - Legs, Torso, and Shoulders & Arms days, each with sets, rep ranges, target effort and rest times - Starting weights pre-filled for every exercise - Exercise photos and a link to a form video for every movement

IN THE GYM - Log a set with one tap, adjust weight and reps with big buttons - Rest timer that starts on its own, with +30s and skip - Swap an exercise when a machine is taken - Kilograms or pounds - A summary with sets, volume and a breakdown when you finish

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account, no server, no sync, no AI, no ads, no tracking, no subscription. Everything is stored on your device and nothing is sent anywhere.

OPEN SOURCE PlateClimb is free software under the GNU GPL v3 or later. The full source code is at https://github.com/likwiid/plateclimb

For the cardio days, pair it with BaseMile, a heart rate running coach from the same team.
