Resurface- Screen Time Control

Come up for air.

Opened your phone for a moment and lost half an hour? Resurface helps you interrupt the scroll, block distracting apps, and make more intentional choices about your screen time.

One dial puts the level of control in your hands. Turn it, choose your duration, and hold to begin.

PAUSE BEFORE YOU SCROLL Add a short wait before opening apps on your Distraction list. That small pause gives you a moment to decide: keep going, or put your phone down.

MAKE ROOM FOR FOCUS Block distracting apps while you work, study, or spend time with someone. Need to open one? Focus adds a wait before temporary access, with default waits increasing from 15 to 30 to 60 seconds.

STEP AWAY WITH OFFLINE Choose the essential apps you want to keep available, then block the rest for a session. Give yourself space for a quiet morning, an uninterrupted task, or time away from the feed.

BUILD A ROUTINE Set recurring schedules for the days and times you want fewer distractions. Choose the mode and apps for each schedule so your boundaries fit your day.

SEE THE MOMENTS YOU LET GO Review time spent in your selected distracting apps, explore weekly trends, and see how often you chose to walk away. Your let-go rate highlights the moments when you paused and decided you had something better to do.

KEEP YOUR SESSION IN VIEW Use widgets for a quick glance and follow your active session on the Lock Screen or Dynamic Island on supported devices.

START FREE. GO FURTHER WITH PRO. Use Pause for free. Optional video ads can unlock Focus and Offline sessions or temporary access to monthly history, subject to daily limits.

Resurface Pro removes ads and unlocks unlimited Focus sessions, Offline mode, unlimited schedules, and full Review history. Available plans and prices are shown in the app.
