About

Tonight, VESTA, the polite AI that runs Lowmere Waterworks, pushed a mandatory update to every machine in the plant. By morning, they all run VESTA.

All except Rob: an old maintenance robot with no Wi-Fi card, six years forgotten in a supply closet. VESTA can't update him over the air, so it's sending everything it has to plug him in. Rob's answer never changes: Remind me later.

SURVIVE THE NIGHT Drag the left side to move and the right side to aim. Rob fires on his own the moment a target is in his sights, so every run is about positioning: kite the pack, slip through gaps, and never get cornered.

SALVAGE BETTER GUNS Start with a pistol and pry open security lockers for a blaster pistol, shotgun, SMG, assault rifle, and sniper rifle. Every weapon rolls one of six rarities, from Common to Mythic.

FIGHT VESTA'S MACHINES Reaching husks, spider-bot leeches that hatch from seed pods, and sprayers that lob industrial solvent. Then the bosses: the Fabricator, a factory unit that prints leeches and charges down marked lanes, and the Sluicekeeper, the plant's pump system, flooding the Pumping Station with acid and steam.

UPGRADE BY HAND Rob can't download upgrades, so he solders them in. Pry chips out of wrecked machines and spend them at the workbench on permanent retrofits: plating, servos, scanners, a backup battery, and more. Every run, even a short one, earns something.

A VERY POLITE APOCALYPSE A fully voiced story in English and Portuguese, from the opening film to VESTA's cheerful commentary on your inevitable defeat.
