When does your next hitch start? Which certificate is coming up for renewal? How many hours remain toward your goal? Rotation brings your schedule, documents, travel plans and experience hours together, with seafarers and offshore workers in mind.

SEE YOUR ROTATION AHEAD Enter a start date, days on and days off to build a repeating schedule, such as 14/14 or 14/28. Include travel days before and after your work period. The overview keeps upcoming dates close at hand.

KEEP YOUR FAMILY IN THE LOOP Connect Rotation to a calendar on your device. Choose an iCloud calendar you have already shared in Apple Calendar so your family can see work and travel days. Rotation updates events when you save schedule changes and extends the twelve-month calendar when the app opens. Days off are not added as events. Maintain the connection from one device; Apple syncs the shared calendar.

YOUR NEXT EVENT ON THE HOME SCREEN Add the Rotation widget to see the days until your next outbound trip, joining, signing off or return trip. Travel days are included when enabled in your schedule. Today is not counted: tomorrow is 1 day away, and the event day shows Today. Choose a small or medium widget.

KEEP CERTIFICATES ORGANIZED Record the issuer, issue date and expiry date, and attach a photo or PDF. Choose advance reminders and enable notifications. See which documents need attention without searching through emails or paper copies.

TRACK YOUR HOUR GOALS Log hours and notes toward your own experience or qualification goals. See remaining hours and an estimate based on hours per rotation. Edit or delete goals when your plans change. Entries are personal records, not official certification or verification of qualifications.

KEEP TRAVEL DETAILS TOGETHER Add flight and hotel bookings with dates, notes and booking references. Enter details yourself; Rotation does not book travel or import reservations automatically.

AVAILABLE OFFLINE Use your schedule, documents and hour log offline on iPhone and iPad. No separate account is required. Optionally save backups to your own private iCloud Drive folder and restore by importing a file. Backups do not automatically sync app records between devices.
