Why we expect it: Clear one-tap concept with real physics, a balanced hull mechanic and layered upgrades make this a compelling debut.

In short

Storm Crane is a one-tap physics game where you drop swinging crates onto a rolling ship, stacking them before the sea claims three. Its ship tilts under uneven loads, so balancing the hull is part of the challenge. It works offline with no account, ads or purchases, and upgrades and new ports unlock as you play.

About

Night has fallen on the harbour, the storm is rolling in, and a freighter is waiting for its cargo. Swing the hook, tap to drop, and stack every crate you can before the sea takes three of them.

ONE TAP, REAL PHYSICS A crate swings from the crane's hook above a ship that rolls on the waves. Tap anywhere to let it go. It falls with real 2D physics and can bounce, tip or slide off. Stack crates on top of each other: a crate that rests on the ship for a second is landed and scores its weight times its height in the stack, up to five crates high.

FOUR KINDS OF CARGO Small crates (1 t), standard crates (2 t), long containers (3 t) and steel drums (4 t) that roll. The next crate is always shown in the corner so you can plan your drop.

BALANCE THE HULL The ship heels under its load. Put too much weight on one side and the deck tilts, and every crate starts to slide toward the low rail. Watch the ballast gauge on the hull: green when she sits level, red when she lists hard. Bring a heavy list back to level with a well-placed crate and earn a 25-point Trim Bonus.

THE STORM GROWS Every 5 crates the hook swings faster and the waves get bigger. Three lost crates end the shift. Every 10 points pays a harbour coin.

UPGRADE YOUR CRANE Spend coins in the Crane Yard on three upgrades, five levels each: - Steady Hook slows the swing. - Magnet Grip makes landed crates hold better on a tilting deck. - Rescue Net fishes lost crates back out of the sea, and pays salvage points at its top levels.

NEW SHIPS, NEW PORTS Every shift's score fills your voyage. Finish voyages in the Harbour Office to unlock new berths, each with its own hull and weather: - Coaster at Fogmouth, in the drizzle - Barge at Reedhaven, a wide soft hull in sideways gusts - Tanker at Ironquay, a long rounded deck in heavy swell - Icebreaker at Frostport, narrow and high on an icy deck Each berth keeps its own best score.

DAILY STORM One storm a day: the roughest waves from the first crate, wind pushing every falling crate, and the same crate order for everyone that day. Sail it once a day for triple coins and keep your day streak going.

PLAY ANYWHERE Plays fully offline, with no account, no ads and no in-app purchases. Your progress is saved on your device. Sound, music and vibration can each be switched off.
