The Book of Wood
Not claimedNever tempt fate without a piece of wood nearby

In short
The Book of Wood starts with the superstition of knocking on wood and turns it into a tap or phone-knock ritual, with a hand-lettered page and short story for each piece of wood. It suits people who enjoy quirky, light-hearted games and want to customize their knocks or add a countdown to their Lock Screen. A standout detail is that users can submit ideas and vote on what the next edition includes.

Never tempt fate without a piece of wood nearby.
The Book of Wood is a tiny ritual for a very old superstition. Tap the screen — or give your phone a real knock — and a little luck goes out into the world.
THE BOOK OF WOOD An unnecessarily complete guide to knocking on things. Every Wood in the book comes with its own hand-lettered page, a punchline, and a short story about where it came from: a treehouse, a Viking's table, a very suspicious UFO.
KNOCK YOUR WAY Make every knock yours. Choose the words that appear when you knock, and rewrite the story behind a Wood in your own voice.
KEEP IT CLOSE Got something you don't want to jinx? Add it to your Lock Screen with a live countdown.
BECOME A CO-AUTHOR The Book of Wood is not finished. Submit your own ridiculous idea for the next edition, vote for your favorites in the Draft Room, and help decide what gets knocked next.
THE BOOK OF WOOD CLUB (optional, one-time purchase) The first eight Woods are free. Unlock the club once to read every story and every new Wood we add — no subscription, lifetime access.
