Thriceforged

Thriceforged is a blacksmith game that puts a match-3 puzzle and a roguelike into a single run.

Match three of the same item and it becomes one grade stronger. Swords are thrown at monsters. Armor blocks attacks just by sitting on the board. Potions are for drinking. You get two actions per turn, so what you forge and what you throw is the whole game.

FORGE IT STRONGER · Three in a row raises the grade. Four triggers a special effect. Five gives two grades and a joker · Falling tiles that match again start a chain · One sword can cut several monsters. Leftover damage carries to the next one

READ THE NEXT TURN · You can see where monsters will arrive and who attacks when · Monsters standing together merge into something worse. Break them up before they stack · You win by reading the board, not by luck

FIVE BOSSES, SIXTY TURNS · Bosses start arriving on turn 15. Miss the deadline and the run is over · A knight that rusts your sword, a golem that reflects damage, a chief that calls for help · Late bosses wear armor, so no single hit ends the fight

EVERY RUN IS DIFFERENT · 8 characters, each with a signature skill · 21 skills to pick from as you level up · A shop every five turns and 10 relics
