About

TideDesk seats hard work on the hours you actually have energy.

Start on today’s bench. Tap the columns to mark Dawn, Morning, the afternoon dip, dusk, and night from Dry to Peak. Name a piece of work, set its demand, and Tide Desk drops it on the stretch that fits — with a score you can see.

When a piece is done, leave how it felt: Smooth, Right on, A strain, or Didn’t land. Those notes write back into Tide Tuning so a stretch that kept stalling can be marked lower, and a stretch that felt easy can take harder work.

Seven-Day Tide is a week grid, not another list. Tile color is the energy mark. A number is that day’s fit score. Tap a tile to retune one day without rewriting your usual tide.

Tide Refine is a one-time unlock. It opens two-hour tiles, writes every felt note back at once, and adds the week mean and the steadiest stretch. Buy it on this phone; use Restore if you move devices.

Nothing lives on a server for your bench. Your tide, tasks, scores, and felt notes stay on this iPhone. Open the app and the loop is ready: mark energy, seat a piece, read the score, leave how it felt, retune.
