About

Towers is a real-time strategy game about supply lines. Draw a line from one tower to another and it sends a steady stream of units down it. Take a tower by landing more units on it than it can hold; build one up by routing your own lines into it. Every line costs you production somewhere else, so the whole game is about where to spend it.

A SINGLE-PLAYER CAMPAIGN Fifty hand-built missions across five chapters, from the Valley of Signals to the Heart of the Realm. Each one teaches something the next one assumes: cutting a line at the right moment, denying a corridor, forcing a rival to spend their lead. Around three and a half hours, playable alone, with no account.

ONLINE ROOMS FOR TWO TO FOUR Create a room, hand out the six-digit code, and play. Add bots at three difficulties to fill the table or to practise against. Team up, and allied units pass through each other instead of annihilating.

BUILDINGS THAT CHANGE THE GROUND Archer towers shoot down anything hostile flying near them, so their position denies a lane whatever their own lines are doing. Mage towers do something stranger: they take a passing unit and hand it to their owner, so it arrives as an attacker rather than dying.

SUPERPOWERS, IF YOU WANT THEM A storm that can take a tower off the board entirely, sabotage, a forced march that answers it, and a short circuit. Each costs coins as well as a cooldown, and both are earned from the towers you hold.

WATCH THE GAME BACK Every finished match is recorded as the log of what everyone did, so a replay is a few kilobytes and plays at any speed.
