In short

Twofold: Pass & Play is a collection of classic board and card games, including Broadside, Chess, Liar's Dice and Four in a Row, built for the foldable iPhone Duo. Its fold acts as a game box lid, and a Pass button handles the same hand-off on other iPhones and iPads. It suits families and players who want offline games with computer opponents or pass-and-play rounds.

About

Classic games, remade for iPhone Duo. The fold becomes part of the game in a way a flat phone never could.

Made for iPhone Duo, and works great on any iPhone and iPad.

Half-folded, the raised screen covers your board like the lid of a game box. The shared board sits upright, while your own side lies flat in front of you.

Fold shut to pass. The outer screen tells the next player it's their turn. When they open it, their side stays covered until they tap Reveal.

On any other iPhone or iPad, a Pass button does what the fold does.

PASS & PLAY

• Broadside: the classic game of hiding and sinking ships. • Who's Who: ask yes or no questions and find their secret person first. • Liar's Dice: hide your dice, raise the bid, call their bluff. Two to four players. • Codebreaker: hide a colour code and crack theirs in fewer guesses. Take turns, or play full rounds. • Fog of War: chess where you only see what your pieces can reach.

ACROSS THE TABLE

Lay flat between you.

• Chess, with an optional clock. • Four in a Row.

ON YOUR OWN

Every game has a computer opponent on Easy, Medium or Hard.
