Yeontan Math Games is math practice without ads. Five minutes a day, ten problems per set.
■ Who it is for · Children learning times tables and mental arithmetic · Middle schoolers reviewing equations and functions · Adults who want to keep their calculation sharp
■ Free Addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and times tables up to level 10, in several formats: type the answer, true or false, fill the blank, compare. Everyday Math, word problems that turn real-life scenes into equations, is free through the elementary range (level 10). The mini-games 2048 and Make 24 (some modes) and a two-player Duel on one device are free too. The times table check (tables 2 to 9) and last week's report are free as well.
■ With Pro Advanced elementary topics (mixed operations, negative numbers, fractions, decimals, percentages, squares and roots) and all of middle-school math, grades 7 to 9. Everyday Math continues into middle-school word problems (ages, speed, simultaneous equations and more). Levels up to 30, Sudoku, every Beat the Clock mode, all-time statistics, week-over-week comparison, the full mistakes notebook, replays of past daily challenges and five family profiles.
■ What makes it different · No ads. Not even in the free version. · Mistakes explained with pictures: blocks for carrying and borrowing, a balance scale for equations, bars and area models for fractions. · Hints open one step at a time. The last step is yours. · Levels adjust themselves. The next session follows your accuracy and speed. · Wrong answers go to the mistakes notebook and come back later. Look at the explanation again, or replay only the ones you missed. · Times table check: choose a table, an order (in order, backwards or mixed) and a target time (20, 15 or 10 seconds), then check one table. · Three daily challenge sets and a streak that survives one missed day a month, also on your Home Screen widget. · Last week's report puts the problems you solved, your accuracy and your time per problem on one card. · On iPad the layout spreads out to use the larger screen. · Works offline. No account, no sign-in. · Friend tab: earn kibble by solving problems and use it to feed, water and play with a kitten. No penalties, no notifications, and kibble can't be bought.
■ Using it as a family Pick "A child will" on first run and a guardian sets a four-digit PIN. Purchases, profile changes and clearing history all ask for that PIN, and kid screens show no external links or contact addresses.
■ Pro is a one-time purchase Not a subscription, nothing renews. Restore it on other devices with the same Apple Account, and share it with Family Sharing.
■ Privacy The developer collects nothing. There is no developer server, and your practice history stays on this device.
