With your permission, steps and recorded workouts from Apple Health can update your progress automatically. Manual cardio logging is always available.
Set a movement goal, watch your world evolve, and stay on track with daily reminders. Connect with friends to visit their worlds. Cardia World Pro subscribers can challenge friends in Cardio Battles.
Start with free world styles. Cardia World Pro adds premium styles and customization, with monthly and yearly subscription options. Your world remains yours if Pro expires.
Apple Health access is optional. Subscription purchases are tied to the Cardia World account used to buy them.
