DoseBell helps you keep track of your prescribed medication routine, with flexible reminders and a clear record of each dose.
REMINDERS THAT FIT YOUR DAY Choose Gentle, Standard, or Relentless reminder sequences. Record a dose as taken, snooze a reminder for 10 minutes, or skip a dose. Your history keeps the original scheduled time.
YOUR SCHEDULE, CLEARLY LAID OUT Set up daily times, selected weekdays, every-N-day intervals, on/off cycles, tapering schedules, or as-needed medication. Add fractional quantities, instructions, and refill tracking. Choose local time or keep your saved home-time offset when travelling.
A CLEAR RECORD See your routine on Today and review taken, skipped, and missed doses in History. Add a late entry when you forgot to record a dose. Track remaining supply and receive refill reminders.
CLOSE AT HAND Use Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, Live Activities, Apple Watch, and Siri. Interactive widget actions require iOS 17 or later. Lock Screen widgets keep medication names discreet.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN No DoseBell account, advertising, or analytics. Your records are stored on your devices and can sync through your personal iCloud. Medication entry, history, and already-scheduled reminders work offline. iCloud sync and caregiver updates require connectivity.
THE ESSENTIALS ARE FREE Unlimited medications, all six schedule types, reminders, history, refill tracking, widgets, Live Activities, Apple Watch, and Siri are included.
DOSEBELL PRO — A ONE-TIME PURCHASE Add multiple profiles, caregiver status sharing, PDF reports, on-device pharmacy label scanning, alternate app icons, and reminder sounds. Caregiver sharing is optional, medication names can be withheld, and access can be revoked. The local purchase price is shown before you pay. No subscription is required.
GOOD TO KNOW Reminders depend on notification permissions and device settings. Standard reminders respect Silent mode. Open DoseBell regularly to refresh scheduled reminders. Live Activity availability depends on app and system state. Caregiver updates may be delayed and are not an emergency monitoring service.
DoseBell records your schedule and entries. It does not provide dosage advice or check medication interactions. Follow your prescriber's instructions, and check scanned details before saving.
