Emycra is the migraine diary for your attacks: you record what happens to you and take it to your doctor in a clear, orderly form. Everything on your iPhone, with no account and no server.

THE DIARY IS FREE, FOREVER Attacks can be recorded without limit: there is no cap and nothing expires. Acute medications, preventive treatments and single doses, triggers including control days. No time-limited trial and no countdown: the diary is complete from day one and stays free.

RECORD AN ATTACK IN SECONDS Start, duration, intensity from 0 to 10, pain location, aura and symptoms. You also note the acute medication you take during the attack.

YOUR TRIGGERS, WITH SOMETHING TO COMPARE THEM TO You mark the triggers you recognise — sleep, stress, food, your cycle, whatever applies to you — and also the ones you feel on days without an attack. Without the control days, a correlation would say nothing.

PREVENTIVE TREATMENT, WITHOUT MISSED DOSES Record your preventive treatment and each dose, and get a reminder on your phone at the time you choose. The app shows your adherence for the period: counts, not judgements.

EXPORT IS FREE The whole diary as JSON or CSV, whenever and as often as you like, even if you buy nothing. Your data does not stay locked inside the app and we do not hold it hostage: the file is yours.

EMYCRA PRO, A ONE-TIME PURCHASE PRO is something extra, and it is your choice. It is bought once, at the price shown on the App Store, and it unlocks three things: - A PDF report for your neurologist, with the data for the period, ready to print or share at your appointment. - Statistics: the attack calendar, the averages, and the correlation between triggers and attacks. - App lock with Face ID, to keep the diary closed. A single payment: nothing recurs and there is nothing to cancel. The purchase is tied to your App Store account and can be restored from the app's settings.

ON YOUR IPHONE A widget with the days since your last attack and this month's attacks. Interface in Italian, English, Spanish, German and French. iPhone only, iOS 18 or later.

YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS Everything you enter stays on your device, in a local database protected by iOS encryption. There is no server, no account, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking: the app makes no network requests of any kind and does not read the weather. You can export everything or delete everything whenever you like, from the app's settings.

IMPORTANT Emycra is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnoses or treatments. It does not suggest doses or changes to your treatment and contains no validated clinical scores: it is a record of what you write, and the reading of it is for your doctor. In the case of an unusual attack, the worst headache of your life, high fever, confusion, weakness on one side of the body or difficulty speaking, seek medical help immediately or call the emergency services.
