The upgrade is a $9.99 one-time purchase in the United States that adds Cloudcap Theatre, Starry Library, and mural activities. It is not a subscription. FlickerTales is designed for unhurried creative play. Every supported tap, choice, skip, and rest becomes part of the tale, so children can explore without wrong-answer screens or performance pressure.
