Spending hours picking photos for a photo book? Mekurie turns hundreds of photos on your iPhone into album page images for printing, without choosing them one by one.

■ No more picking one by one Narrow down by date range, Favorites or album, then load them all at once. Mekurie looks at smiles, focus and composition to pick the best shots. Similar and blurry photos are gathered so you can review them together.

■ The same moment on the same page Photos are grouped into scenes by date, time and place, so a sports day stays with the sports day and a trip with the trip. You can split or merge scenes later.

■ Layouts that keep faces in frame Up to 9 photos per page (depending on size), arranged to fit the number and orientation of your photos. Cropping follows face positions, so important faces are never cut off. The best shot gets the biggest spot.

■ Finish it your way Swap photos, crop, change layouts and add text. Increase or decrease the number of photos or pages with one tap.

■ Page images for printing Each page is exported to the Photos app as a single image at 300 dpi, with 5 mm of bleed on every side. Use them with a photo book service that lets you place one full-bleed image per page, or print them however you like. - Page sizes (trimmed): 105×148 mm (4.1×5.8 in), 148×148 mm (5.8×5.8 in), 148×210 mm (5.8×8.3 in), 210×280 mm (8.3×11.0 in) - Pages: choose a target from 24 to 144 pages (with fewer photos, the page count adjusts to your photos)

■ Your photos never leave your iPhone Analysis, selection, layout and export all happen on your iPhone. Photos and analysis results are never sent anywhere. No ads, no tracking. * Only if you turn on place names is the shooting location sent to an Apple service to look up the place name. This is off by default.
