Solstice is a perimenopause tracker — not a fertility app with a mode bolted on.
It expects your cycle to be irregular. It never says "your period is late." It tracks the symptoms women actually experience in the transition — fatigue, brain fog, mood, sleep, hot flushes — in thirty seconds a day. And it turns your own record into the one thing nothing else gives you: a single page your doctor can read in a ten-minute appointment.
THE DOCTOR REPORT One page, formatted for a real consultation: your cycle history with the variability shown honestly, your most frequent symptoms with real numbers behind them, your current treatment and how consistently you've taken it, what's changed since you started — and three suggested questions for the visit, drawn from your own data. Edit or redact anything before you share it. It is your record, presented so it can't be waved away.
