Tinnitus Experiments brings together soothing soundscapes, gentle shaped noise and curious ear-based sound experiments in one quiet place. It is designed for relaxation and relief, so you can find the sounds that help you feel more at ease, day or night.

LAYERED RELIEF SOUNDSCAPES Mix rain, ocean waves, a forest stream and wind chimes with white, pink or brown noise to build a blend that sits comfortably alongside the ringing. Set the sleep timer and your mix fades out gently as you drift off.

TONE MATCH AND OCTAVE LADDER Find the pitch of your ringing by ear, then explore the Octave Ladder, which plays octaves of that pitch. It is a simple, hands-on way to get curious about what you hear.

BINAURAL FUSION EXPERIMENT Put on headphones and try a binaural listening experiment. We are honest about it: the evidence for approaches like this is limited and mixed, so treat it as an experiment and notice what feels right for you.

HEARING RANGE CHECK AND SOUND LEVEL CHECK Explore the range of tones you can hear, and get a rough sense of how loud your surroundings are using the microphone. Everything is measured on your device. The Sound Level Check is an uncalibrated estimate, not a precise reading.

GUIDED SESSIONS AND PROGRESS Follow guided relief sessions when you need a moment of calm. Daily check-ins in the Progress tab let you note how loud the ringing feels, and a simple chart shows how things change over time.

FITS INTO YOUR DAY Start relief sounds with Siri and Shortcuts, from Control Center or right from the Lock Screen. Live Activities keep playback in view, and an optional bedtime reminder nudges you to wind down. On wider screens, two-pane layouts give everything room to breathe.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no ads and no tracking. Your check-ins, settings and sound data stay on your device. Purchases are handled by Apple and verified anonymously.
