TopTicket: Chiptalar dokoni

Event tickets in Tashkent TopTicket is an app for buying tickets to concerts, theatre, shows, festivals, stand-up and children's events in Tashkent. Find an event, pick your seats on the hall map and pay. Your ticket with its QR code is then kept in the app.

Browse without an account Open the app and see what is on. Search by event or venue, filter by date, category, genre, price and venue, and sort the list. You need an account to buy tickets, save favourites and write to support.

Seats on the hall map Each hall has its own seat map. Tap a section, then tap the seats you want. Seats are coloured by price, and you see the price of each seat you pick and the total before you continue. Seat availability updates while you choose. Some events also have a standing area with no seat numbers, where you only set the number of tickets.

Payment Your seats are held for you while you pay, and a countdown shows how much time is left. You can pay by bank card on the payment provider's page or with one of the payment apps offered at checkout. Card details are typed on the provider's page, not in the app. If you have a promo code, enter it at checkout.

Your ticket After payment the ticket appears in the Tickets tab. Its QR code opens without an internet connection, and the screen turns brighter so the code is easy to scan at the entrance. You can save the ticket as a PDF.

Transfer and refund Can't go? Send the ticket to another person by phone number, and they accept it in their own TopTicket app. You can also send a refund request from the order screen. Each event has a deadline for refund requests before it starts.

Favourites Save events and venues to your favourites and find them again in your profile.

Support Write to the support team in the app and attach up to three images. The reply comes to the same conversation.

Languages and theme The app is available in Uzbek, Russian and English, with light and dark themes.

Account Sign in with an Uzbekistan mobile number (+998) and a one-time code. To delete your account, open Profile and tap Delete account. Deletion is available when you have no valid tickets for upcoming events.
