Key features include official event and festival information; interactive maps and directions; Tobago attractions, restaurants, vendors and businesses; an AI-powered Tobago Concierge; access to trained live information agents; safety and assistance features; community posts, comments and engagement; Give Heat reactions and festival trending; GPS and QR check-ins; media and festival content; and notifications and official updates.

During Tobago Carnival, Welcome Tobago serves as a dedicated digital Carnival companion, helping users discover events, navigate activities, connect with the community and access verified information. After Carnival, the platform continues as Welcome Tobago, supporting other festivals, cultural activities, tourism experiences and major events across Tobago.
