BX - Body X

Apple Health knows when you trained, for how long, and how hard. It does not know what you did. BX fills that gap.

• Import workouts: read-only from Apple Health, nothing to type in, and nothing ever written back. • Add exercises: list the exercises in each workout, with sets and reps; pick a type for workouts Health calls Other. • 3D muscle map: see a week or a month of work across 38 muscles, and spot what you skip. • Exercise library: 193 built-in exercises, each with its primary and secondary muscles and sources you can open. • Muscle details: tap any muscle for where it sits, what it does, and the exercises that train it. • iCloud Sync: the exercises and types you add are stored encrypted in your own iCloud and reach your other devices; heart rate and energy are never uploaded.

No account, no server, no ads, no tracking. Every feature is free. An optional one-time Support the Author purchase adds a supporter badge to Settings and unlocks nothing.
