Drive Moments: GPS & Video

Keep the drives worth remembering.

Drive Moments is your private GPS driving journal, cockpit camera and video studio for iPhone and iPad. Record the road and your route together, add the story afterward and turn a memorable drive into something worth sharing.

ONE COCKPIT. ONE RECORD BUTTON. Record your GPS route, distance, duration and speed. Add optional camera video, keep a small Apple map in view or expand the preview. Choose portrait or landscape and supported formats up to 4K at 60 fps. Sound is optional and starts on.

YOUR INSTRUMENTS. YOUR VIEW. Switch between Analog Touring and Digital Track, or import your own transparent cockpit artwork. Show or hide the instruments during playback and export. Scrub, skip and use supported playback speeds from 0.25× to 8×. Keep the clean original.

SOCIAL STUDIO Create 9:16 Stories, Reels and Shorts, 4:5 feed videos or square compositions. Fit or crop landscape footage into a portrait layout with your cockpit and Drive Moments branding. Make PNG covers and share cards. Save a chosen result to Photos or share through iOS; finish publishing in your chosen app.

A JOURNAL THAT BECOMES YOURS Add stories, tags, favorites and up to six selected photos. Group drives into tours like albums. Browse list, calendar and map views, search by vehicle and revisit monthly and yearly reviews. Edit trip details or add a trip manually. Teach familiar places your own names and confirm route-name suggestions after the drive.

MORE THAN A ROUTE Keep vehicle profiles and GPS-based acceleration, braking and free-run measurements with setup notes and data-quality indicators. Export branded PDF reports, CSV, JSON or GPX. Create a restorable backup and recover recently deleted entries.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN No Drive Moments account, ads or third-party app analytics. Protect your journal with Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode. Optional private iCloud sync keeps finished entries and selected photos available on your devices. Original videos stay local; transfer them separately when needed. Set up your own Bluetooth or CarPlay start/stop automation using Apple Shortcuts.

START FREE. PRO ONCE. Unlimited trips, video recording, playback, both cockpit styles and journal exports are included. Export three new video clips per UTC calendar month on each device. Re-exporting those clips is free; failed exports do not count. Optional Drive Moments Pro is a one-time purchase for unlimited video exports. No subscription. Restore with the same Apple Account. Existing paid-app customers retain their access.

English and German. Kilometers and miles. Light and dark appearance.

Set up and operate while stationary. Video clips run for up to 30 minutes in the foreground; locking, leaving the app or camera/audio interruptions end the current segment. GPS background recording requires permission. Readings are estimates, not certified tax records, professional telemetry or turn-by-turn navigation. Formats depend on camera support. iCloud uses your Apple storage and does not include original videos. Playback speed does not change export speed.
