Explore what you know with Veiztu, an offline trivia game in Icelandic and English.

Play together or play solo. Choose a language, a question level and one or more categories: Nature & science, World & geography, History & culture, Entertainment, Sports & games and Everyday life.

In group play, one person reads each question aloud and everyone guesses, the reader included. The answer stays hidden on the back of the card until you swipe it or tap Show answer. Skip a question, or step back to the previous one. Group play has no scoring and no clock; when the round ends, the recap shows which question held the room the longest.

In solo play, answer a round of ten multiple-choice questions from any level and category. Tap an answer to see whether it is correct, then continue to your score, best streak and answer recap. Rounds mix in fun questions, and rounds for kids and teens lean toward pop culture. Neither mode has a countdown or time limit.

Questions are selected for children, teenagers or adults. Icelandic and English editions bring different cultural perspectives to the game.

No account is needed. Hundreds of questions in each language are included in the app, so you can play without an internet connection. When you are online, Veiztu checks for new and refreshed questions at most once a day and downloads them as signed question packs; it sends no personal information. There are no ads or in-app purchases.

Start a new round in one tap with your last setup, keep playing if you ended a game by mistake, or revisit your latest recap. Interrupted games resume where you left off.

Veiztu follows your device's light or dark appearance and works on iPhone and iPad. Your preferences and game progress are saved on your device and can be cleared from About & privacy.
