De Ismael Mostefa-sba · ProductividadPor qué la esperamos: A thoughtful, privacy-first concept that turns screen time into a meaningful pause for users.
En resumen
AyahLock is a productivity app that locks chosen apps, such as social media, games, or streaming, after 15 minutes of use. To unlock them, users read a Quran verse, its translation, and a short reflection, and the shield returns automatically when time runs out. It uses Apple's Screen Time API and keeps all data stored on the device.

AyahLock turns every urge to scroll into a moment of pause and meaning.
You open TikTok, Instagram or your favorite game? Nothing changes at first — but after 15 minutes, the app locks automatically. To continue, you have to read a verse from the Quran, its translation, and a short reflection. Then you can keep going... until the next lock, 15 minutes later. Again, and again.
Not a harsh, permanent block — just enough to make you look up, breathe, and reconnect with what matters before continuing.
HOW IT WORKS • Choose the apps or categories to protect (social media, games, streaming...) • Turn on protection in one tap • Open a protected app: a verse appears instead • Read it, then unlock the app for your chosen duration (15 min by default) • Once time is up, the shield comes back automatically
YOUR DASHBOARD • Track your daily streak of verses read • See how many verses you've read in total • Check today's lock count, app by app
PREMIUM • Protect unlimited apps and categories (free: 1 app) • Customize unlock duration (15 min, 30 min, 1h, 8h) • Exclusive home screen widgets • Pause protection instantly whenever you need to
YOUR PRIVACY, RESPECTED AyahLock uses Apple's Screen Time API. No data ever leaves your device — the apps you block, your reading stats, everything stays stored locally and private.
Take back control of your screen time — one verse at a time.
