Breathe Balloon

Breathe Balloon guides you through seven breathing exercises. A balloon grows and shrinks in a calm illustrated landscape, a countdown shows how long each phase lasts, and a progress arc marks the current cycle.

Exercises • Custom breathing: set your own rhythm in steps of 0.1 seconds • Box breathing: in, hold, out, hold • Extended exhale: breathe out longer than you breathe in • Coherent breathing: 5 seconds in, 5 seconds out • Resonance breathing: choose a pace between 4.5 and 6.5 breaths per minute • 4-7-8 breathing • Slowed breathing
