De Florian Stracke · Salud y forma físicaPor qué la esperamos: A clearly written listing speaks directly to everyday cyclists and runners with a realistic, time-friendly training promise.
En resumen
Evora: Adaptive Training builds cycling or running plans around the weekly training time a user actually has, starting from 1.5 hours a week, and adjusts upcoming sessions when life gets in the way. It suits riders and runners who have never followed a structured plan. One distinctive point: missed sessions are not made up, and the plan changes instead of stacking extra workouts.

Evora builds your cycling or running plan around the week you actually have, and suggests changes when life gets in the way.
You already ride or run, and you've decided to get better. You've just never followed a structured plan. You don't need a training history, a power meter or to know what FTP means. You need something that records your sessions and a week with some room in it.
YOUR FIRST STRUCTURED PLAN Evora asks whether you've followed a training plan before. If you haven't, it starts with shorter sessions and builds up more slowly. Each workout shows what to do, step by step, and how hard to go.
BUILT AROUND YOUR WEEK Tell Evora which days you can train and for how long. It plans from 1.5 hours a week: three 30-minute sessions is a real training week. The plan fits your days instead of assuming you have ten hours.
TRAIN FOR A DATE, OR JUST GET BETTER Add an event, like a gran fondo, a century or a half marathon, and the plan builds toward that date and tapers so you arrive fresh. No event in mind? Evora builds your fitness week by week.
NOTHING PILES UP Miss a session and there's nothing to catch up. Evora suggests changes to what's coming instead of stacking make-up workouts onto a week you already couldn't finish. A hard week at work changes the plan, not the goal.
WHEN AN HOUR FREES UP Tell the coach how much time you have, and it suggests a session that fits that time and the rest of your week. This also works on days with nothing planned.
A COACH YOU CAN ASK Ask why today changed, what a busy week means for your goal, or what a workout is for. The answer comes in plain language and is based on your plan and your training, not a generic article.
AFTER EVERY SESSION First, how it went, in plain words. Pace, heart rate and power are underneath when you want them.
WORKS WITH WHAT YOU HAVE Road, gravel and indoor riding, plus running. Rides and runs import automatically from Apple Health or Wahoo, or through intervals.icu. Connect WHOOP to bring recovery and sleep into your plan. Send a planned run to your Apple Watch, a ride to Wahoo, or either one to intervals.icu.
EVORA PRO Free for 14 days, then a monthly or annual subscription. One subscription includes everything: the plan, the adjustments and the coach.
