CHART A VAST GALAXY Plot a course across a living starmap and fly through star systems in real time. Survey ringed gas giants, jungle worlds, frozen moons and planets made of glass. Skim fuel from giant planets, sell what you discover and prepare for the next jump.

TAKE THE ROVER DOWN Drive across alien surfaces, mine gold and rare metals and capture strange creatures for science. Crack open ancient vaults, and stumble on odd notes, field guides and a running side story left by the travelers who came before you.

COMMAND YOUR SHIP Upgrade engines, armor, shields, lasers and missiles. Recruit officers from different species, each with their own skills and opinions. Balance fuel, cargo and repairs as you travel farther from home. When raiders close in, light them up, pay for safe passage or spool your jump drive and escape.

FOLLOW THE LONG VIGIL The Guild calls the fading stars natural. A sixty-year-old recording from the lost ship Long Vigil says otherwise. Follow the cairns its crew left across the galaxy, piece together their final journey and finish what they started.

DECIDE HOW IT ENDS Recover the three Lattice Keys and reach the far edge of the Reach. Three different endings, and an epilogue shaped by the people you met and the choices you made.
