En resumen
Movement Online Tracker is a training log for clients of Movement / Online coaching. It records sets, loads, reps, distance and pain ratings, and syncs with the coach who writes the program. One standout feature is that the next suggested load is based on the user's own training history.

Movement Online Tracker is the training log that goes with the program your Movement / Online coach writes for you.
- Your program, set by set: log load, reps, seconds, distance and RIR as you train. Cardio and assault-bike intervals included. - Smart suggestions: the next load comes from your own history, and personal records are flagged as they happen. - Pain and discomfort tracking: rate pain 0–10 on a set or in a daily check-in; your coach sees the pattern. - Film a set: record a clip from inside the app and send it to your coach for review. - Your coach in the loop: your log syncs to your coach, and program edits arrive in the app. - My Stats: progress reports per exercise over weeks and programs. - Replace, add or remove exercises, or build a session from scratch.
For Movement / Online coaching clients and anyone following a program written by their coach.
