Novely: BookTracker Shelf

Your bookshelf as it stands at home. With your real book spines, at their real size, and as a widget on your Home Screen.

Novely is in English, or in German when your iPhone is set to German.

Novely requires an in-app purchase to start: Novely Club, as a subscription (the yearly plan starts with a 3-day trial) or as a one-time purchase. If a trial or subscription ends, you keep your books and the basic designs; the other walls, lights, decor, reading rooms and sounds, full stats, recommendations and app blocking need Novely Club.

YOUR SHELF

- Every book stands at its real height and thickness. - Photograph your own book spines. Novely cuts them out and puts them on the shelf. - Photograph your own cover too, or pick one from your photos. - Spine, cover facing out, or lying in a stack: hold a book and drag it where it belongs. - To read, Read, Wishlist: a shelf each. - Walls, light and decor, from fairy lights to a monstera. More walls, lights and decor come only with Novely Club.

ON YOUR HOME SCREEN

- A widget for every shelf, small, medium or large. Tap it to open exactly that shelf. - The Currently Reading and Cover widgets show where you are in the book.

ADDING BOOKS

- Scan a barcode or search by title. - English editions from Open Library. German editions from the German National Library (DNB), with publisher and page count. - Saw a book in a video? Share it from TikTok, Instagram or your browser to Novely. - Goodreads import by CSV. Export any time. - StoryGraph import by CSV, and your whole library as a backup file for your next phone.

SERIES

- German editions know their series: the volumes stand together, in order, and "All Volumes" shows which one is missing.
