Pick a building on the street and step inside. The floor is bare. The tray at the bottom of the screen isn't - shelves, cakes, houseplants, a cash register, a carpet, small useless treasures. Drag one out. Turn it. Slide it into the corner. Stack something on top of it. Then move it all back, because it looked better the first way.
That's the whole game. That's the point.
EVERY ROOM IS WAITING FOR SOMETHING Put a thing where the room quietly wants it and you'll earn more for it. Finish the room and the bonus opens the next door down the street. Or ignore all of that and build something nobody asked for. It's your floor.
THEN TAKE THE PICTURE When it finally looks right, switch to the camera. Pull focus. Blur the background. Drop in a vignette. Warm the light, cool it down, or fade it out. Your shots stay in the game's own gallery until you decide one of them deserves to leave.
